Suzanne Lynch & Sirrah

Suzanne Lynch is an iconic New Zealand musician, and has won multiple awards in her long and distinguished international career. 

Suzanne was discovered along with her sister Judy by New Zealand guitarist Peter Posa they became regular performers on the television show ‘C’Mon’ and in 1970 as a soloist Suzanne was also a regular on the television show ‘Happen In’.

Having established a name in New Zealand as the blonde member of the popular 60's duo "The Chicks" and then as a solo performer; Suzanne Lynch was offered the opportunity to fly to London and perform with Val Doonican on his television show whilst touring with him in New Zealand in 1972.

She lived and worked in Europe for many years, and worked with Neil Sedaka, Cat Stevens, Chris De Burgh and Art Garfunkel.

Since her return to New Zealand in 1981, she has continued with her busy musical career. As well as recording her own music, she has been vocal coach for all three series of New Zealand Idol and Stars in Their Eyes.
